All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping

International order will be delivered in 15-20 working days.

Custom stitch orders will require an additional 7 working days.

Customs and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. Peraan is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs. Payment is necessary to release your order.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide a valid shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on your part.

• Do not apply the iron directly onto the painted surface. For best results, iron the fabric from the reverse side
• Avoid washing block-printed fabric in a washing machine

• Actual color may vary slightly from the image shown
• We do not offer refunds on purchased clothing items
• Exchanges are only permitted in case of size issues and must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges can be processed only for the same address and customer; we do not support exchanges to a different address.
• Before placing an order, please ensure you have carefully checked the size, fabric details, and all product specifications, as mentioned in the description.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, for the exchange request to be approved.
